앱 기능 제공, 동기화, 지원 응답, 안정성 개선에 필요한 정보만 다룹니다.
삭제와 보관
계정 없이 게스트로 쓸 수 있습니다. 설정 → 계정 → '내 데이터 삭제'(로그인한 경우 '계정 삭제')로 Innra 데이터가 즉시 삭제됩니다. 다른 OOTSSU 앱에서도 쓰는 로그인 계정은 유지됩니다.
추적 제한
광고 목적의 제3자 추적이나 개인정보 판매를 전제로 설계하지 않았습니다.
This Privacy Policy explains how Innra collects, uses, and shares information when you use the app.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 You provide
- Account: Innra works without signing in. On first launch it creates a private guest account identified only by a random ID. If you choose to connect an account later, we also store your email or your Apple/Google sign-in identifier.
- Optional display name you enter in the app
- Journal entries: text, optional emotion tags, mood score
- AI coach conversations you start (Pro)
1.2 Automatically collected
- Subscription state via RevenueCat, linked to your account’s random ID
- A daily count of AI uses (no content), used only to enforce free-plan limits
- Crash reports (Apple-level, opt-in)
1.3 Not collected
- Camera/photos, microphone/audio, HealthKit, location, contacts, IDFA, browsing history
2. How We Use Information
- Store and display your journal entries
- Generate AI reflections and summaries from your entries
- Process subscription purchases
3. AI and Automated Analysis
Journal text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate reflections and insights. No personal identifiers (email, user ID) are shared with Anthropic.

5. Security
- TLS in transit, encryption at rest on Supabase
- Row-level security: each user can access only their own entries
6. Retention and Deletion
Data is retained while your account (guest or connected) exists. You can delete it at any time in the app on iPhone or Android: Settings → Account → Delete My Data (guest) or Delete Account (connected account). Your Innra entries, AI analyses, coach chats, weekly reports and profile are deleted immediately.
OOTSSU apps share one sign-in service. If you also use the same sign-in in another OOTSSU app, that sign-in record is kept so the other app keeps working; otherwise it is deleted too. Purchase records required by law and the content-free daily AI-use count are kept. Email requests are completed within 30 days. See Delete Your Account & Data.
7. Your Rights
Access, correction, deletion, export (Settings → Export My Data). Email ootssu@ootssu.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
Not directed to children under 16.
9. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States via Supabase, RevenueCat, and Anthropic.
10. Cookies and Tracking
No cookies. No advertising trackers. No IDFA.
11. Changes
Material changes announced via in-app notice or email at least 7 days before taking effect.
