These Terms govern your use of Sage, operated by an individual developer in the Republic of Korea.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old.
2. Service
Sage is a menopause symptom tracker. You log symptoms and, optionally, connect Health Connect (Android) or HealthKit (iPhone) to bring in sleep and heart-rate data; Sage shows your history, surfaces patterns, and produces a summary you can share with a clinician. Some features require a paid subscription.
Sage is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its insights describe your own logged data. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health, and never delay seeking care because of something you read in the app.
3. Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
Sage responses are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services. Consult qualified professionals before making important decisions.
4. Account
Sign in with an emailed code, with Google (Android), or with Apple (iPhone). You are responsible for your credentials.
5. Subscriptions
Current pricing is shown in-app. Payment is charged to the account of the store you installed Sage from — your Google Play account on Android, your Apple ID on iPhone — at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Google Play subscription settings or your Apple ID Account Settings. Purchases do not transfer between Google Play and the App Store. No refunds for partially used periods except as required by law or store policy.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the messages you enter. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the app.
7. Acceptable Use
No reverse engineering, no unlawful use, no circumvention of security, no redistribution. Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful to others, or attempts to manipulate the AI into generating such content.
8. Intellectual Property
The app and its content are owned by or licensed to us.
9. Third-Party Services
The app uses Supabase and RevenueCat, plus Google Play or Apple for sign-in and purchases. Their terms also apply.
10. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI output. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons.
12. Changes
Material changes notified via in-app notice or email.
13. Governing Law
Laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes resolved in the courts of Seoul, except where consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction mandate otherwise.
